The G-spot is located anywhere from about 1
- 2 1/2" inside the vagina on the anterior vaginal wall. The location
varies from person to person, with some having theirs closer to the
entrance of the vagina and some having theirs farther back. The
G-spot is also referred to as the urethral sponge as it is the muscle
underlying the urethra. To find your G-spot, place one or two
fingers inside the vagina, curving them upward towards the belly. You
will feel an enlarged, ridged area. This is the G-spot! It is best to
do this once in a highly aroused state. It can be difficult to
find when not aroused, as it is usually a small area that becomes quite
enlarged during arousal.
- What do I do with it
once I've found it?
Once you have located your G-spot, begin exploring
the area to determine what kind of stimulation you like. Pay attention
to pressure, motion, speed, etc. When your G-spot is being stimulated,
you may feel a sensation similar to the feeling of having to urinate
or it may feel slightly uncomfortable. This feeling usually passes within
a few minutes and yields to an intensely pleasurable feeling.
Once you begin feeling that sensation, you are on your way to ejaculation!
Some women can ejaculate without orgasm and orgasm without ejaculating
but the best orgasms are the ones where you ejaculate while having an
orgasm! It is helpful to empty your bladder beforehand so that
a full bladder does not interfere with either your concentration or
your ability to ejaculate. If you have ever tried to urinate while
aroused, it can be difficult and take awhile. This function shuts
down during arousal just for that reason-so you won't urinate during
sex. So, if you have an empty bladder and you begin experiencing
the sensation like you have to urinate, just go with the feeling because
most likely ejaculation is on its way!
- Female Ejaculation vs.
Urination
Let's put one misnomer to bed---Female ejaculate
is NOT urine! While it has been identified as coming from the
bladder and/or the urethral walls, it has been proven that it is not
urine! During sexual arousal, the body alters the composition
of urine. Studies have been done with women emptying their bladders
completely prior to sexual arousal and yet they still have ejaculatory
orgasms--and with great volume no less!! Where did it all come
from if their bladders were empty? Being in a highly aroused state
along with the right stimulation creates these wonderful female juices.
I can attest that I will often gush ejaculate even after I have emptied
my bladder beforehand. Female ejaculate has a different color,
odor and content than urine. It is a clear liquid that smells
more like sweat. It usually tastes salty and can have a
slight urine taste (very slight) but not always. Of course this
varies from person to person, as does everything else. Urine,
however, has a distinct smell. When large amounts of ejaculate are expelled
is it apparent that it is not urine because it does not smell like urine,
does not have the same color and does not stain the sheets. The
same amount of urine would reek and would most likely stain the sheets.
SO, it is very easy to tell the difference. If you are still skeptical,
check out some of the links on this site. The G
Zone is very informative and has evidence of the existence of female
ejaculation.
10 Tips
to G-spot Stimulation and Female Ejaculation
Here are some things
that I have found to be helpful when exploring the G-spot and female
ejaculation that I would like to share.
1) Empty your bladder before you begin
stimulating your G-spot.
2) Understand that female ejaculation is a completely natural part of
a woman's sexuality. It is not abnormal. It is nothing to
be ashamed of.
3) Relax. Get in a comfortable position.
4) Keep exploring and trying new positions and techniques until you
find the ones that work for you.
5) Allow yourself to completely let go.
6) Use towels---LOTS of towels.
7) Purchase a plastic mattress cover and sheets---LOTS of sheets!
8) Have patience. It might take quite awhile to awaken your G-spot and
have it respond to stimulation positively. It is not a "magic button"
that when touched will unleash magical orgasms right away. It takes
time, practice, and patience to perfect it.
9) Read whatever you can find on the subject and share your experiences
with others.
10) Have a sense of humor about it and HAVE FUN!!
Happy Squirting!!!
